Horizon Retain offers a variety of EAP models as core package options. Most of our customers choose from:

  • 1-3 face-to-face sessions
  • 1-5 face-to-face sessions
  • 1-8 face-to-face sessions
Services in our standard EAP package include:

  • 24/7 live telephonic access to Horizon Retainís staff of masterís level consultants for information, brief counseling and referral, as well as access to other EAP services
  • Innovative ONECALL system where the helping process begins in the first call - callbacks are not necessary
  • Face-to-face counseling by licensed counselors in off-site offices

  • On-line Life Management Resources including information, self-assessments and personal plans covering a wide variety of issues
