To ensure workplace safety, Horizon Retain helps employers prevent and mitigate the risks associated with employee behavior that is:
- Unproductive
- Dangerous
- Illegal
- Unethical
- Inappropriate
After management/supervisory consultation and training by our staff, poor-performing or high-risk employees may be referred to EAP for assessment, referral, case management and follow-up. In order to protect the confidentiality of the employee, proper releases are requested. Our staff then works closely with Human Resources, Risk Management, Medical, Safety, Legal or other departments as appropriate to manage the risk and resolve the impact to the organization’s productivity, safety, reputation or fiscal security.
